Tiffany, the oldest of six, attributes her naturally caring personality to her parents who spent their last 25 years together being foster and adoptive parents who paid for missions instead of going on vacations. Before Tiffany graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing she worked as a caregiver and certified nursing assistant in home health, nursing homes, and hospitals. After seeing the joy that planting flowers in a window box brought her first home care client, Tiffany realized it wasn’t about simply providing care for someone, it was about bringing happiness to a place where loneliness existed. Since becoming a Registered Nurse over five years ago, Tiffany has worked in surgeries, intensive care units and in operating rooms. Tiffany fell in love with the idea of truly being able to make lives better through Nurse Next Door while building a challenging and rewarding career that is conducive to having a thriving family. Tiffany’s husband is an Air Force Pilot and with both of their families living nearby in Pennsylvania, Dover was the perfect place to call home.
